Wugudaji-Adels Grove

Wugudaji-Adels Grove visitors have the opportunity to tour this spectacular area. Some tours may not be operating due to the National Park closures following the 2023 Monsoonal Flood. Boat cruises, fossil tours & canoes will not be running within the closed areas. Further updates on National Park closure can be found on the QLD Parks website.

The Lawn Hill Creek is a perfect spot where visitors can plan walks, swim and go fishing.

Travel aboard a solar electric-powered pontoon boat on the Lawn Hill Creek at Wugudaji-Adels Grove.  

Embark on an adventure paddling on Lawn Hill Gorge / Lawn Hill Creek at Wugudaji-Adels Grove. Single, Double and Triple Canoes are available for hire from Reception.

Lawn Hill Gorge Tour (currently not operating) 
Travel aboard Wugudaji-Adels Grove’s solar electric powered pontoon boat on the Lawn Hill Gorge.  

Riversleigh (Miyumba) Fossil Field (currently not operating) 
This 5-hour 4WD trip to Riversleigh Fossils D Site includes a picnic and Champagne at Riversleigh Station. This area is part of The Australian Fossil Mammal Site (Riversleigh/Miyumba) World Heritage Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park. The World Heritage Area is in the southeastern section of the National Park and covers 10,000ha. It is the richest fossil mammal site in the world. Riversleigh’s D Site is the only area open to the public.

Catch a ride on the bus that runs regularly from Wugudaji-Adels Grove to Lawn Hill Gorge (currently not operating) 

Bookings are essential and may be made with the staff at Reception. A minimum number may apply for activities and tours. Priority will be given to guests staying at Wugudaji-Adels Grove
